Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the KeySense AI service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Service is operated by NxSoft ("we", "us", or "our"), the company behind the KeySense AI product. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
KeySense AI provides a keyboard layout detection and text correction API, web dashboard, and official SDK (@keysense/sdk). The Service detects and corrects text typed with the wrong keyboard layout active. The Service is provided "as is" and may be updated or modified at any time with reasonable notice.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at security@keysense.tech.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid plans are billed on a monthly basis through our payment processor, Paddle. Prices are listed on our pricing page. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' prior notice sent to your registered email address. All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for illegal purposes or in violation of applicable law;
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or abuse the API;
- Resell or redistribute the Service without our written permission;
- Send harmful, offensive, or spam content through the API;
- Use the Service to process data in violation of any third party's rights.
6. API Usage and Limits
Each plan includes a monthly correction limit as described on the pricing page. Requests exceeding the plan limit will be declined until the next billing cycle resets. Enterprise plans have custom limits agreed in writing. We may enforce rate limiting to protect service stability.
7. AI Processing
The Service includes an optional AI fallback feature powered by a third-party large language model (currently Anthropic Claude). AI processing is opt-in per request via the use_ai parameter. By default, 94% of corrections are handled by our rule-based engine without any external AI calls. Enterprise customers may disable AI processing entirely. When AI is invoked, text data is sent to Anthropic under their data processing agreement, which prohibits training on your data. See our Privacy Policy for details.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, algorithms, and technology underlying KeySense AI are the exclusive property of NxSoft. Your use of the Service does not grant you any ownership or intellectual property rights in the Service.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NxSoft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the claim.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the breach. You may terminate your account at any time by contactingsupport@keysense.tech. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease and any unpaid fees will become immediately due.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the use of the Service that cannot be resolved by good-faith negotiation within 30 days shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Turkey. Enterprise customers may agree to alternative dispute resolution mechanisms in a separate written agreement. Nothing in this clause limits either party's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
